When I travel, I become anxious easily, especially when it comes to following airline regulations. I was expecting the typical hurried service when I arrived at the Allegiant Air office at the Austin airport, but instead I received the opposite. The personnel was straightforward, kind, and composed. They answered all of my inquiries regarding the boarding procedure and seat selection. Little things like this have a big impact. The individual touch and the fact that I wasn't treated like just another traveler were really appreciated.
