I went to the Frontier Airlines Miami Office to confirm my elderly mother's wheelchair request because traveling with her can be difficult. Instead than simply nodding and continuing, the personnel double-checked everything and went into great length to explain the boarding procedure. Their generosity was very remarkable, and it put us both at ease. Genuine, personal customer service is hard to come by these days. I felt comforted and taken care of when I left that office.
