Sai Prashnavali, also known as Shirdi Sai Baba Prashnavali, is a divination tool that originated from the Hindu saint Sai Baba of Shirdi. It is a popular practice among devotees of Sai Baba to seek answers to their questions or problems through this method. The Sai Prashnavali consists of a grid of nine squares, each containing a number and a letter from the Hindi alphabet. The seeker must focus on their question and then randomly select a square from the grid. The number and letter in the selected square are then used to derive a response from a set of pre-written answers, which are also in Hindi. The responses are said to be divinely inspired and provide guidance and solutions to the seeker's queries. The Sai Prashnavali is considered a sacred and reliable tool for seeking guidance from Sai Baba, and it is widely used by his devotees to this day.The use of divination tools like the Sai Prashnavali is not unique to Hinduism or Sai Baba's teachings. Similar practices exist in many other cultures and religions. Divination is a way to connect with a higher power or seek guidance from the universe.
