Located in the heart of Kondapur, The Regent is a premium, high - rise gated community spread across 10.38 acres, offering breathtaking views of Gopi Cheruvu Lake and the green landscapes of Hyderabad Central University. In Phase 1, which includes the Pristine, Esteem, and Serene Towers. We've completed all internal unit flooring, corridor works, and lift lobbies, with 95% of windows and doors nearly finished. We'll also show you the completed basements, water systems, and 90% of the podium landscaping.
On the outside, our Phase 2 towers - Dazzlene and Celestine - are making excellent progress, with Dazzlene Tower reaching 39 floors, and Celestine Tower nearing completion on the 7th floor.
