Personally, I hate the party room. I dislike not having the ability to give things to a particular group of individuals, but not much can be done about that without letting actual world trading I guess. Then there are the people who stop and wish to give their items away, but end up with most of them given to people they really* don't feel deserve it. How frequently have you been to fall celebrations that were crowded by a lot of random crashers that out-compete the people initially encouraged to be there? Would you truly want to reward this kind of behaviour?

I believe it would be great to have some form of box similar to the party torso but different in how it distributes items. Rather than placing the things in balloons to be popped from the party room, it should distribute these items to a random participant that's currently online. The Rs 3 gold player wouldn't need to be doing any particular action or be in any specific place to receive these presents and the giveaway should be inter-world.
